Cancellation Policy

Boata does not offer refunds should you wish to cancel your charter. If boating conditions are unsafe as determined by the charter boat operator and boata, we will offer a 12-month voucher equal to the value of your charter which you can use to reschedule your charter, subject to availability. Please refer to our Terms of Service or contact boata directly if unsure.
