What's next? No one knows what the future my hold, but I've got a number of plans that I want to work on during my forties, some big, some small, everyone of them worthwhile.

The last ten years has seen a massive change in my career. From starting at the age of 30 as a marketing coordinator in my hometown of Newcastle Australia to joining Google as a senior engineer in the Silicon Valley just before I turned 40, this post details the journey I've taken.
